Pasadena, CA — April 1, 2026 — Contact BioSolutions today announced a major milestone in its growth trajectory, securing A$8.0 million (US$5.4 million) in committed capital alongside the appointment of industry veteran Martin Crompton to its advisory board. Together, these developments strengthen the company’s position as a leader in next-generation bioherbicide solutions and support its accelerating expansion across the United States and Australia.
The capital raise, driven by strong participation from the company’s Board of Directors, represents a 100% commitment to exercise existing options. This funding provides the resources needed to scale operations, expand market reach, and advance the commercialization of FireHawk® Bioherbicide.
